Dakini, brother-in-law of Richard Kulatunga, late Wijayabahu Wijayasinha and of
Sunethra, Srinath Wimalasekera and Siri Seneviratne, Rohini Umagiliya, late
Ranjani Karunaratna and of Haridrani Amarasinghe. Cortege leaves residence on
Sunday 11th October at 2.30 p.m. Cremation at General Cemetery, Kanatte at 3.30

PERERA - RONALD (Formerly OTS). Beloved husband of Bertha (Rtd - Bank
of Ceylon Negombo) and loving father of Dr. Rukshan (Canada) and Rajeev,
father-in-law of Thiwanka (Canada) and Nilushi, brother of Ivy, Celine and
Swineetha (Germany), Milroy, Cynthia and Claude, passed away. Cortege leaves
residence 25/4, Mirigama Road, Negombo at 3.30 p.m. on Sunday 11th to St.
Phillip Neris Church, Thammita and thereafter burial at General Cemetery
Negombo.
PUNCHIHEWA - YASOMA Selflessly devoted her life to social service,
caring for and helping those less fortunate. She was the loving wife of the late
Kamal Punchihewa, loving mother of Ana and Ruwan, mother-in-law of Anoma and
Rusheeka, grandmother of Anushka, Ajahn, Kayla and Dillon, sister of the late
Kusala Abeywardene, the late Pinsiripal Fernando, Parakrama Fernando and
Dhammika Fernando. The remains will lie at 504, Rajagiriya Road, Rajagiriya
from Saturday October 10th and the cortege leaves for the Crematorium at the
General Cemetery Borella at 3.30 p.m. on Sunday October 11th. (No flowers by

Registrar), beloved husband of Lalitha Wickramaratne, father of Anura
(deceased), Nandani, Uditha, Badra and Piyal, father-in-law of Wajira
Karunatilake, Palitha Jayathilake (deceased), Sumith Wickramasinghe and Hirani.

of Laura, loving father of Nihal (formerly of SL Airforce), Devika, Udeni, Asela

Samagi Mawatha, Kurunduwatta, Kanuwana, Ja-Ela at 10.00 a.m. on Monday 12th
October, for the Faculty of Medicine, University of Colombo, 25, Kynsey Road,
Colombo, as per his wishes.
GUNARATNA - WIMALA (nee J.H.W. De SILVA)
Beloved wife of Senath D. Gunaratna, mother of Gayani, Namal and Padmal,
mother-in-law of Thusitha and Dimuthu, passed away on 10th October and funeral
will be on 12th Monday, leaving residence at 4 p.m. No. 10, Kuruppu Lane,
Gorakapola, Panadura.
