IPM guest lecture
The membership development and social responsibility committee
2009/2010 of the Institute of Personnel Management (IPM) has organised
an evening presentation by Major General Shavendra Silva on Wednesday
June 30, from 6.30 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. at Centre for Banking Studies,
Central Bank of Sri Lanka, 58, Sri Jayawardenapura Mawatha, Rajagiriya.
This session will mainly focus on critical leadership lessons from
the major general’s experiences at the warfront .
The main objective of this session is to give an opportunity to the
public to listen to the Major General regarding his successful military
strategies in the warfront.
He will also explain how he was able to use his professional
knowledge on human resource management and leadership as a member of IPM
Sri Lanka to make a significant contribution to our motherland. |
