Diplomatic Corner from today
The diplomatic service all over the world plays an important role in
strengthening solidarity and cordial relations among nations. The time
is now opportune to have a greater understanding among nations across
the globe, be it social, political, cultural or educational.
Sri Lanka's flagship English newspaper with the largest circulation,
the Sunday Observer, forms the platform for a greater dialogue among the
diplomatic community to provide a bridge between other nations and Sri
Lanka.
Commencing today, the Sunday Observer will present the Diplomatic
Corner, the exclusive meeting place for diplomats in embassies and High
Commissions in Sri Lanka and Sri Lanka's missions abroad.
