No changes in voting in both contests

SUNDAY OBSERVER-MOBITEL CRICKET AWARDS: Ashan Wanigaratne of Thurstan College and Kavindu Ashan Perera of Royal College, Panadura continued their dominance at the top spot in the Sunday Observer/Mobitel Most Popular Schoolboy Cricketer of The year Contest All Island and Outstation respectively at the end of count number 12.

In the All-Island Contest, Thurstan's Ashan Wanigaratne (42,174) has a clear lead of 1,465 votes over his closest rival Josephian Sadeera Samarawickrema (40,709) while the contest between Royal Panadura's Kavindu Ashan Perera (26,004) and Maris Stella's Angelo Jayasinghe (25,871) looks more intense with Ashan in the front with a majority of only 133 votes in the Outstation category.
