TKS Finance opens Ratnapura branch

TKS Finance Company plans to open 20 branches throughout Sri Lanka. The first branch was opened recently in Ratnapura.

Assistant Governor of the Central Bank, Ms. Janaki Mampitiya and former Chairman of National Savings Bank of Malaysia and Deputy Chairman of TKS Finance Ltd Azim Zabidi opened the branch. CEO, TKS Finance Rasika Kaluarachchi, former Senior Deputy General Manager of Bank of Ceylon, Ms. Mano Alles, Directors of TKS Finance, Managing Director of the Institute of Bankers, Sham Abeyratne and the Board of Directors and the staff of TKS Finance were present.

Azim Zabidi said that TKS Finance aims to forge ahead in the financial sector through good corporate governance and proper financial risk management. He said branches would be set up in Negombo and Matara soon.

Assistant Governor of Central Bank, Ms. Janaki Mampitiya said that foreign investment of this nature was vital for the growth of the economy.
