Job Description: In depth analysis of Investment Opportunities and participation in due diligence including financial, legal, market & organizational aspects, building financial models and conducting valuation analysis, assisting investee companies in building strategy & key operational aspects, building monitoring mechanism to judge the performance of investee companies, etc.

Qualifications & Experience

  • CA or CFA or an Engineer preferably with an MBA in finance

  • 3-5 years experience in Corporate Finance, of a MNC or professional, medium size company

  • Experience in project finance & M&A is a plus

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills ; excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to work independently

  • High degree of spreadsheet skills is a must

MIS Analyst Salary                                SR 3,000 - 4,500                                                 (MSL Ref : F0000)

Job Description : Job involves development & improvement of integrated comprehensive MIS whilst being responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual reports, developing & maintaining advance risk management systems, continuous upgrading of MIS & Technology, coordination with Accounts & External sources for data flow and veracity, assisting in Accounts & Finance functions, etc.

Qualifications & Experience

  • CA or CFA with IT background coupled with 3-5 years relevant experience

  • Strong quantitative & analytical skills and programming experience in spread sheets & database

  • Self-starter with good communication and leadership qualities

Accountant                                         Salary SR 3,000 - 4,000                                        (MSL Ref : F0000)

Job Description: Ensure the accuracy of journal entries before posting in the accounting system regular reconciliation of bank accounts and inter-company accounts, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the wire transfers, timely closing of accounts and assisting in the preparation of all requirements for the annual audit, and various management reports, etc.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate in Accounts (B.Com, Management, Accounting) from a reputed University. Any additional professional accounting qualification will be a plus.

  • Minimum 3 years of accounting experience

  • Familiar with computerized accounting package, excellent PC skills, especially Excel

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Preference will be given to candidates with Arabic knowledge.

Administrative Assistant                         Salary SR 2,000 - 2,500                                      (MSL Ref : F0000)

Job Description: Assist the investment team in updating various databases, perform all administrative work, communication and coordination with various departments, undertaking special projects, maintaining confidential files and assist the Management on all routine matters on a day to day basis.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Suitably qualified with a Degree coupled with 2-3 yrs. experience in the relevant field

  • Excellent in PC skills including Excel and MS Office

  • Excellent in communication and fluent in English with the ability to independently correspond

  • Age not to exceed 34
