More flights to Singapore, Jakarta

SriLankan Airlines started an additional weekly service to Singapore and Jakarta last week. The new service will operate on Tuesday on the route

Colombo/Singapore/Jakarta/Colombo and will take weekly services to Singapore to eight and to Jakarta to three.

The flight will leave Colombo at 2250 hours on Tuesday and reach Singapore at 0450 hours on Wednesday.

The flight will leave Singapore at 0600 hours and reach Jakarta at 0645 hours on Wednesday.

The return flight from Jakarta will leave at 0825 hours on Wednesday and fly direct to Colombo, arriving at 1150 hours the same day.

SriLankan Airlines will deploy its Airbus A340 on this service.

The A340 is equipped with some of the most advanced features in inflight amenities and entertainment facilities available today.

SriLankan also codeshares its partner Emirates' flights from Colombo to Singapore and Jakarta.
