Re-structure or Perish

MTI Consulting will repeat its evening meeting titled 'Restructure or Perish' by Bahrain-based CEO Hilmy Cader on March 6 at the Taj Samudra.

The presentation will be followed by a panel discussion, which will feature Suresh Shah, CEO of Lion Brewery Ceylon Ltd. Sujeeva Dewarajah, CEO and Joint Managing Director of John Keells Computer Services, and Chithral Amarasiri, Human Resources Director of the Hemas Group.

In the course of his one-hour presentation, Cader will demonstrate how companies could survive and thrive in difficult times - using MTIs 8S-based restructuring process.

MTI Consulting's 8S-based restructuring process is built from ground zero. It starts with the customer and goes onto challenge every position, including the need for a full time CEO! The net result is a lean, mean and highly focused organisation ready to take on the world in good and bad times.
