Private mental institution in the offing A leading Sri Lankan conglomerate plans to build a home for the mentally retarded, first of its kind in Sri Lanka, in the outskirts of Colombo, very soon. This massive project, will be of immense relief to parents and relatives, who are saddled with the burden of looking after their dearest and the nearest, to seek treatment at this 'home' which will provide state-of-the-art medical facilities.
