Vantage Technologies ties up with Indian software giant

Vantage Technologies (Pvt) Ltd. has entered the software development business with its tie-up with global software giant, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS).

Vantage is promoted by the Abans Group in collaboration with TATA Group of Companies, India. With the tie-up, it will offer software, strategy consulting and system integration services to help organisations architect and build their businesses in the e-economy. The company is geared to provide end-to-end solutions and products in diverse business areas and technology domains such as banking, telecommunications, engineering, healthcare and media.

TCS holds a 'SEI CMM Level 5' quality certification, which no company in Sri Lanka is said to possess, and the software developed by Vantage will adhere to those standards.

TCS is said to be the largest software and services company in Asia, the largest IT company in India and one of the fastest growing consultancy companies in the world. The development of healthcare solutions for clients all over the world is one of the key areas TCS has focused on.
