Imara is the daughter of Falul and Kamal Dean of Shrewsbury, Massachusetts and was a past pupil of Methodist College, Colombo 3. |

Imara
Dean obtained her BBA, with Alanai honours in Accounting and Information
Systems from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, USA (Faculty of the
Isenberg School of Management). She was presented with the Alanai Honour
Society Laureate Scholar Award for being a four-year elected member of the
Honours society and also in the Deans List.
