Intrad 2002, Sri Lanka's premier exhibition and investor forum, will be held from September 4 to 6 at the Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall, Colombo.

The opening ceremony will be held on September 4 where the chief guest will be Minister of Power and Energy Karu Jayasuriya. The other ministers participating at the opening ceremony are Tyronne Fernando, Professor G.L. Peiris, Ravi Karunanayake and Rohitha Bogollagama.

Buyers from Australia, Canada, Dubai, Germany, Japan, the Netherlands, Oman, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, South Africa and UK have confirmed their participation. An investor forum will be held concurrent to the exhibition on the theme 'Invest in Sri Lanka: The Hub of Asia'.One-to-one meetings between the foreign buyers and investors and their Sri Lankan counterparts will be held on September 4 and 5.
