The Festival of Choirs presented recently by the Ceylon Bible Society
saw keen participation by youth choirs from schools and denominational
societies. The event was organised to celebrate the 190th anniversary of
the Ceylon Bible Society and was held at the Cathedral of Christ the
Living Saviour. In the pictures are the choir of St. Benedict's College
singing 'Worthy is the Lamb that was Slain' while the mixed youth choir of
the Christian Faith Assembly performed the sacred song 'I Will Call Upon
the Lord'.
