Mrs. D.D.M. Kumari, 24-year-old mother of two children of No. 51, Moratupitiya Road, Moratumulla, Moratuwa who is suffering from severe Mitral valve regurgitation has been advised to undergo an urgent replacement surgery to save her life recommended by the Cardiac Surgeon Dr. G.A.C. Amarasena.

This operation will be carried out at New Nawaloka Hospital and the approximate cost will be Rs. 367,500. Half of the cost has been granted by the President's Fund.

Her husband who is a labourer, appeals from the general public to help her to save her life. All contributions could be made to Savings Account No. 207-016568-8 of People's Bank, Moratumulla.
