Three buses collided with each other in a major road pile-up near Kadawatha on the Colombo-Kandy road yesterday afternoon causing injury to 41 people, although no one died.

According to hospital sources, twenty people have been warded with serious injuries at the Colombo National Hospital, Gampaha and Ragama hospitals.

The crash occurred at about 2 p.m. yesterday and involved two peoplised service buses and one private bus.
