'Talents Exhibition'

Three groups of people with creative minds and hands have banded together to organise an exhibition of a range of exquisite products turned out of throw-away packaging materials.

Five retired teachers, including Mrs. Sylvia de Mel who taught at Prince of Wales College, Moratuwa for 18 long years and then at Visaka Vidyalaya, Bandarawela form one of the three groups who have put together this unique exhibition aptly titled 'Talents Exhibition.' The exhibition which will display many creative items such as wall plaques, trinket and jewellery boxes and other gift items will be held at 34, Charles de Soysa Place, Off Lady Evelyn de Soysa Place, Idama, Moratuwa on October 25 from 3-8 p.m. and October 26 from 10 a.m. 8 p.m.
