Four killed, 12 injured in factory blaze in New Delhi NEW DELHI, Dec 28 (AFP) - At least four people were killed and 12 injured Saturday in a major fire at a glass factory in the Indian capital, fire officials said. The blaze, which was sparked by a boiler burst around 8:05 am (0225 GMT), damaged the adjoining buildings in the Samaypur Badli industrial area. Thirteen fire engines fought the blaze for about 50 minutes before bringing it under control. The injured were admitted to hospitals. |
