ULTIMATE make many 
fans in Muscat

Back home after an extremely successful New Year's Eve performance at Alfalaj Hotel, Muscat is the popular band Ultimate led by the versatile keyboardist Sudu Gunaseekera. The dinner dance at which the band played their captivating music was held at the hotel's best ballroom and was a sold out event.

Ultimate with their front line vocalists Steve and Monique turned on a typical Sri Lankan New Year's Eve celebrations for the many cosmopolitan Indian and Sri Lankan revellers who enjoyed themselves and were on the floor till dawn.

According to the band there were loads of prizes given out that night which included twenty air tickets on a raffle draw of entrance tickets, pearl necklaces, 27 inch TVs and dinner vouchers. The evening was compered by Dilup Gnanakan and Ultimate have an invitation to return for another stint. In the meantime catch Ultimate at the Rhythm and Blues on Wednesdays - their weekly gig.
