Boom time in Bentota

With peace in the air, tourism is once again picking up in Sri Lanka. The beaches of Bentota have regained their lost popularity and are attracting both local and foreign holiday makers. The Hotels in Bentota, under the aegis of the Bentota Hoteliers Association have provided a boost by making elaborate arrangements to entertain and accommodate the visitors with a range of water sports and other fun events. Two young visitors are shown here enjoying the water sports facilities available at the resort area.
