Newsmaker of the Week The controversial Upper Kotmale hydro power project, which has been delayed due to protests, is expected to get under way in the near future. Once completed, it will provide 350 megawatts of power to the national grid. Japan is the main donor for the project with funding amounting to US$ 270 million.
