Talks between the SLFP and the JVP will conclude on a triumph note paving the way for a joint front against the UNF government in April. This was revealed by a JVP politburo member who also said that the third round of talks to be held on February 25 would be the final round of talks on the "National Programme of Developing the Country". -DPL
