Offering 15 luxury guest rooms, Hotel Yenisey is a blend of Chinese and colonial culture, judging from the marvellous architecture by Sagara Kodikara and Kamal Dilshan Gunatilleke.

Diverting from the age old tradition of colonial type hotels built in Nuwara Eliya, Yenisey has a touch of Chinese flavour as depicted by its architecture. 'I wanted to divert from the traditional 'colonial' touch which exists in Nuwara Eliya for decades, Chairman/Managing Director, Hotel Yenisey, R. A. D. Lasantha C. Perera said. The 15-roomed hotel has been tastefully designed with colourful interior decor and offer all modern facilities. It offers its guests a wide selection of Western, Eastern and Sri Lankan cuisine, but the big hit is the authentic Chinese cuisine offered to its guests.

The colourfully designed restaurant can accommodate over 250 guests. Guests at Yenisey get a rare opportunity of visiting 18 water falls in Nuwara Eliya on a two-hour tour organised by the hotel. Among them are Devon, St. Clairs, Garandi Ella, Ramboda Falls, Pindulu Oya and many more. The hotel also arranges bird watching safaris for its guests, in and around Nuwara Eliya.

Special offers are being made to Sri Lankans and expatriates to spend memorable holidays in Sri Lanka's number one tourist destination, Nuwara Eliya, Chairman, Hotel Yenisey, Lasantha Perera said.
