An exciting exhibition of Salsa

It was a sizzling night of dance, music and Mexican cuisine at Colombo's hip Bistro Latino when 'Coronatino Wave' flown in from Mexico were in the spotlight dancing to a crowded appreciative audience at the Bistro on Tuesday, August 5.

The 'Coronatino Wave' comprised three female and two male dancers and this was the first time we guess, Sri Lankan audiences were treated to a marvellous display of exciting, fast paced Mexican dancing. The costumes added effective colour to the throbbing beat of the choreography of the dance routines which were slick and enthralling in timing, and reflected the quintets expertise in dancing the Salsa and Meringue.

After their performances the 'Coronatino Wave' are well known for joining the audience and helping them get into an enjoyable Latin mood. If you are one of those hip Latin dancers who want to master the intricacies of dancing the Salsa or the Meringue, don't forget to drop in at the Bistro Latino on a Tuesday or a Thursday evening to learn the steps of the fascinating Salsa dance.
