The 28th Sarasaviya Film Festival created history on Friday when child star Nityawani Kandasami bagged the ‘Best Actress’ Award in a star-cast glittering ceremony held at the BMICH. She beat all her better known superstar big sisters to win the coveted award, for her role in Punchi Suranganavi. Here she shares a moment of childish glee with Kamal Addaraarachchi, who won the Best Actor Award for his stellar role in Agnidahaya. Flexible hours for state employees

President undecided on de-merger
