Globally renowned watches at Colombo Jewellery Stores Colombo Jewellery Stores (CJS) introduced the globally renowned fashion watch brands TAG Heuer, Dior and Fendi to the Sri Lankan market recently. These Swiss-made timepieces are offered to customers at CJS' newest store which was recently unveiled at Crescat Boulevard. TAG Heuer has been known for its sports watches and chronographs since 1860. This brand is also one of the largest in the international luxury watch making market. It is well represented by a range of international sports and movie celebrities like Tiger Woods and Steve McQueen. Dior watches, well known as genuine fashion accessories, are designed by the House of Dior's Dior Couture Studios. Dior is a part of LVMH watches and jewellery, the world's leading luxury group. Dior watches came into being in 1975 and since then has spread across over 150 countries and 1,500 sales outlets and 115 Christian Dior boutiques. Established in 1925, Fendi produces furs, handbags, ready-to-wear, leather accessories, fragrances and timepieces. Taramax SA, the exclusive worldwide manufacturer and distributor of Fendi Timepieces, has manufacturing facilities and a distribution centre in Neuchatel, Switzerland. The Fendi Timepiece Collection is only available at Fendi Boutiques and fine jewellers worldwide. Colombo Jewellery Stores was inaugurated in February 1922 by Thaha Cassim.
