Jayasri come home

One of these days you are bound to bump into Jayasri who are scheduled to be back home for a break till mid January next year.

According to Rohitha J the group were very busy till October performing at summer festivals in Austria and Germany as well as in Cyprus and Turkey where Jayasri performed at shows organised by the Sri Lankan Associations. A plus for this very original group is the winning of the Dance Music Act for their single 'Get High' by their Ravers on Dope project at the Amadeus Austrian Music Award 2003.

The outfit's new single is 'Trip to Wonderland - Big Bass Drum' has found a niche in the European charts. Jayasri will be making available for their fans two tracks and video clips from another new album which is in the making when they arrive in Sri Lanka, this month.
