Another premier apartment complex in Colombo

Premier Pacific International (PPI) unveiled plans for its latest property development venture titled 'Premier Pacific Topaz' recently.

The project, which is expected to cost Rs 3.5 billion will be situated at Galle Road, Colombo 3 and is the third venture to be undertaken by the company.

The developer of the complex is Premier Pacific Topaz (Pvt) Ltd, a Board of Investment-approved company, backed by Premier Pacific International (Pvt) Ltd of Sri Lanka and Sunshine (Far East) Ltd of Hong Kong.

PPI Chairman Nimal Perera said the building will consist of 23 levels comprising two basements, ground floor and 20 upper floors including a rooftop with many facilities. He said this eco-friendly apartment complex will consist of a shopping mall up to the second floor, studio apartment from the seventh to the 12th floors and two, three and four-bedroom apartments from the 14th to the 20th floors.

A clubhouse, gymnasium, business centre and mini health spa would be located on the 13th floor, while a swimming-pool and a water bar will be located on the ground floor, he said.

Perera said that the complex would provide the ultimate investment opportunity as the hotel of the complex will comprise fully furnished studio type apartments complemented with room service, housekeeping and butler services backed by attractive guaranteed rental returns and buy-back guarantees. The company offers seven payment options including a flexible instalment payment option.

Chairman, Sunshine (Far East) Ltd, Sonu Vaswani reiterated his company's commitment for future projects of Premier Pacific.

"We are not only contributing in terms of actual finances, but also assisting in obtaining technological know-how and market trends internationally," he added.
