Emirates honours Sri Lanka's top travel and cargo agents

Emirates honoured 11 of Sri Lanka's leading travel and cargo companies for their contribution to the growth of the airline in 2002-03.

Emirates top agents in the passenger category were Mackinnons American Express Travels. The Traveller Global Pvt. Ltd., Hemas Travels, George Steuarts Travel International and Gabo Travels. Top awards in the cargo category went to Mack International Freight, Speedmark Transportation Lanka, Expolanka Freight, Dart Express and Tess Agro. Gabo Travels was the winner of the Top Agent award for Emirates Holidays for the second successive year.

The world's fastest-growing full service inter-continental airline and one of the world's five most profitable, Emirates operates services to 74 cities in 52 countries. The airline has won more than 250 major international awards in recognition of its efforts to provide unsurpassed levels of customer service. Emirates operates 13 services a week to Colombo.
