Arpico goes online with Suntel

The Richard Peiris Group of Companies better known as ARPICO went online with new voice solution from Suntel. This is part of the recent efforts to define and establish themselves as the clear leader in the markets and industries they serve.

Richard Pieris's has diversified interest in retail, plastics, tyre re-treading, exports, plantations and financial services.

The group has strengthened its communication infrastructure with integrated voice solution, which facilitates inter-group calling on extension basis without any cost. The solution also delivers a comprehensive cost benefit to the group through revamping the arrangement of lines in the PABX units across all group locations. Here ARPICO benefits from Suntel's cheaper tariff schemes and extremely competitive line rentals where the rental for the entire solution has been reduced by large margins.

The solution covers 25 locations Island-wide including Colombo, Biyagama, Navinna, Mattegoda, Pallekelle, Kandy, Negombo, Moratuwa, Kalutara, Kurunegala, Weligama, Koggala, and all the ARPICO super centers.

The key to the ARPICO selecting Suntel as our telecommunications partner, was their flexibility, superior cost benefit performance, service and their ability to predict and gear up to meet future needs, which is essential to a high growth company such as Arpico" said a key executive at ARPICO involved in the decision making process.
