Commissioner undecided on State media monitor The Elections Commissioner will decide whether or not to appoint a Competent Authority to monitor State media election coverage only after assessing how the media guidelines he has laid down is being observed. An Elections Commissioner's Department spokesman said the Department has issued guidelines to media institutions to follow during the election campaign. The Commissioner will decide on the appointing a Competent Authority to State Media after observing the progress. |
