Son of late Mr & Mrs Chelliah of Vandiyar Walavoo, Uduvil and son-in-law of late Dr & Mrs Appukuddi Suppiah of Tellippalai, beloved husband of late Rajaluxmy, father of Captain Baladharan (formerly Air Lanka, at present in U.K.), Gitanjali (London, U.K.), Dr Rahuladharan (New Jersey, USA), Jeyanjali (California, USA), Menaka (London, U.K.) and Nirupa (Connecticut, USA), beloved father-in-law of Jayanthi (U.K.), Shanthikumar (U.K.), Mary (USA), Dr Thangarajah (USA), Sivapatheeswaran (UK) and Thayalakhandan (USA), dearly beloved grandfather of Dr Janakan (U.K.), Dharini (UK), Siveshwar, John Rajah, Hariharan, Ann Luxmy (all of USA), Meera (U.K.), Lavan, Thulasi (both of Connecticut, USA) and Saiyini (U.K.), brother of late Mr Thuraisingham (Malaysia), Sivapakiam, Ratnamani (both of Vandyar Walavoo, Uduvil), late Veerasingham (Chunnakam) and late Sivasingham (Bambalapitiya), brother-in-law of late Thambirajah (Parakkaduwa), late Sivagnanam (Malaysia), late Apputhurai (Uduvil), late Palasundaram (Brunei), late Dr Balakrishnan (Point Pedro), Jayaluxmy Kanagaratnam (Sydney, Australia), late Ariyam (Chunnakam) and Sivayogam (Bambalapitiya), passed away peacefully in London, UK. Funeral was held in Surrey, UK. We the family wish to thank and express our deep gratitude to all who participated in the last rites, sent floral tributes, messages of condolence and helped in numerous ways from UK and abroad and were a source of comfort and strength at the time of our sorrow. We regret our inability to thank them individually.
