Caltex Star Lubes are equipped with an air-conditioned customer-waiting environment with TV and Internet access to the customers. The international reputation of the Caltex brand (which gathers strength from Chevron Texaco) lies in its first-class facilities, the quality of its products, the efficiency of its operations, the excellent service it provides, and above all, its attitude and commitment to total customer satisfaction.

Thereby these sentiments have been conceptualised and implemented to offer Caltex customers with professionalism, customer satisfaction, technical support and diagnosis in a clean and comfortable environment.
