Training on 'Emergency and Rescue Services'

"A joint Emergency Training Course on Emergency and Rescue Services", conducted by the Colombo Municipal Council in collaboration with the Traffic Police Headquarters, the National Hospital and

SewRoad consultants to the Ministry of Transport on Road Safety will be held at the Fire Services Department, Darley Road, Colombo 10, on May 6 at 10.30 am.

The training course will be conducted by Sven Eric Loden, an expert on Emergency Co-ordination from SewRoad and it is open to prospective rescue officers, traffic police officers and others involved in the exercise.

The program will be followed by an awards presentation to the successful participants who will be later absorbed into the Fire Department as full time employees. More information could be obtained from Ms. Marie on Tel. 2691922.
