Usha wins Silver Division Usha de Silva (+ 1) on the back 9 won the Silver Division of the Lankem sponsored Bogey competition conducted by the Ladies Section of the Royal Colombo Golf Club (RCGC) on the Ridgeways. The runner-up was H. R. Bang. The Bronze Division was won by Sunni Nirmalingam (+ 1) from Fran de Mel (all square). After the second-round of the six scheduled for the year, Fran de Mel heads the ratings with 60 points, followed by Yvonne Abhayaratne (55), Oosha de Silva (50), Sunni Nirmalingam (40) and H. K. Bang (36). Meanwhile, the Ridgeway Cup (which is the first Board event of the year), which is a match-play on handicap event, will be worked off through the month of May with the final scheduled for June.
