Kandy vs CR tomorrow

by Kandy Sports Corr

The defending league champions Kandy Sports Club will have to give an improved performance if they are to contain CR & FC when these two teams clash in a key Caltex League Rugby Tournament match to be played at the Nittawela Rugby Stadium in Kandy tomorrow.

(Monday June 14th) commencing at 4.45 p.m.

This is one match that cannot afford to lose if they are to remain in contention for this year's rugby plum. Last week they lost to Army by a single point and it was only the second time that they have lost to the soldiers during the last 12 years. Having a star studded side with a rich crop of national players, they went down to the rugged Army side.
