MRS S. MAHENDRAN The death is announced of SARASWATHIE on 28 June 04. Beloved wife of Dr Tom Mahendra (Lancaster, California), much loved mother of Jennifer (Viru), Michelle (Anju) and Thomas, mother-in-law of Yogukumar & Monty, grandmother of Sanjay & Simran (All of California), daughter of late Mr & Mrs S.M. Rasiah of Rattota & daughter-in-law of Mrs Thambirajah Mt.Lavinia, loving sister of Abiramy & Muthulixmi (Toronto Canada), Dr N. Rasiah, Manonmoney & Puwanes (Sydney Australia), Dr Danalakshmie Shan (Milton Keynes UK) and the late Subramaniam (Gandhi), Jothiratnam (Bose) & Pakiasothy (Timo). Cremation took place at Halle-Olsen-Murphy Crematorium, Palmdale California on Thursday 1st of July 2004. Friends and relations, please accept this intimation.

PEIRIS - RIDLEY M.J. (formerly of Ceylon Cold Stores), husband of late Ranjani, loving father of Niloshan, Ashan and Rukshan brother of Rena Fernando, Edna Dahanayake, Joyce Sirimane, Sirina Colombage, Mervyn Peiris, Dr Sanath Peiris, passed away on 23rd July 2004. The funeral took place on 24th July according to his wishes at Holy Emmanuel Church Burial Ground, Moratuwa. PERERA - FREEDA LETITIA (nee Seresinhe) Beloved wife of A. Walter Perera (Retd. CAS) loving mother of Dr Malkanthi, Rohan Engineer and the late Hiran mother-in-law of Grace grandmother of Nishan Christopher Dilhan and Naomi. Daughter of the late George Alexander Jayatilleke Wijeratne Seresinhe President Village Tribunal and the late Dorothea Lily Selena of Seresinhe Walauwa Galle. Sister of the Revd. George Margaret Frank Arnold Reginald Fred Dorathy (all deceased) Gladys and Duncan passed away aged 86 on July 24th and was cremated on July 26th. 1101, Homeview Court, London Ontario N6C 602 Canada.
