Rev. Fr. Bonnie Fernandopulle, Rector of St. Sebestian's College, Moratuwa, said that a 10-year master plan had been devised to improve the infrastructures of the school. "As an initial step a three storeyed building to house 21 classes would be constructed," he added.

He called on the people of Moratuwa to show their unity by joining the 'Walk' that would start at 7.30 a.m,led by the College western band, horse riders and elephants followed by a float depicting the achievements of the College and the future plans. The 'Walk' would wind its way near the College, Cross Junction, Rawatawatte Junction, Galle Road, Old Galle Road, Station Road, New Galle Road, Cross Junction and return to the College.

He said, that after the 'Walk', trade stalls would be opened at the College premises where the public could purchase goods at a cheaper price. The mini carnival would include games of skills, horse riding, fashion and magic shows.

A musical evening with leading group is also in the cards.
