In case of an accident, one of our qualified motor engineers will be with the client in the shortest possible time to assess damages to the vehicle and approve the repair to the vehicle. The call centre can arrange solutions from on-site assessment to towing services, he added. In case of an on-site assessment a police report is not insisted upon for settlement of an 'own damage' claim. |
