Fine century by Dilshan

T. M. Dilshan hit an attractive 134 with 17 boundaries and two sixes as North Central Province amassed 607 for 9 declared against Western Province in their Inter-Provincial cricket match at the SSC grounds, Maitland Place yesterday. Western Province in their second turn fared much better and were 192 for 2 at close.

After Avishka Gunawardene's double century on the first day for North Central, Dilshan batted exceptionally well to score a well deserved century with Chaminda Vaas bowling well for Western Province by claiming 5 for 98.
