DE SILVA - ANULA PEARL MANTHRI  Beloved wife of the late Capt. Leslie B. de Silva, beloved mother of Yasmin Chitty, daughter of the late Mr & Mrs S.G. Herat of Madabawita Walauwa, Madabawita, sister of Merle Jayanetti and of the late Sonny and Wickrema Herat, passed away peacefully on 9th April 2005. A private funeral was held in accordance with the wishes of the family.

RATNAYAKE - SANGAMITTA (Retired School Dental Therapist), expired in U.K.  Wife of the late Sumedha (Kabool Lanka, Thulhiriya), darling ammi of Nirosha (Seylan Bank) and Palika (U.K.), mother-in-law of Thilangani and Ranjan (U.K.), dearly beloved sister of the late Shelly and of Mahinda, Asoka (Oman), Ranjith and Amara, sister-in-law of Maureen, Violet, Lakshmi, the late Lakshmi and of Cecil, Srinaga, Mahinda, Sarogini & Hemawansa. Remains cremated in U.K. Ekamuthu Mawatha, Thulhiriya.

Beloved husband of Harriet, precious father of Ranjana, Kumari, Ransimala, Thusitha, Priyawanda, Sanjeewa and Sashithangani, father-in-law of Dilani, Hemantha, Riza, Rohitha, Piyal, Dinesh and Nirosha, expired. Daughter of late Mr & Mrs Kathirkamathamby (Kutty Udayar) of Imayanan, Uduppiddy and loving wife of Sivagurunathan (Retired Asst. Director, Dept. of Small Industries), beloved mother of Uthayashankar (Canada), Premashankar and Ravishankar (Canada), mother-in-law of Mathivathani, Revathie and Keshini, grandmother of Anandashankar, Gowrishankar, Ashwinii and Dananjay. The remains will lie at the residence from 2.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m. on Sunday the 17th and then will lie at Mahinda Funeral Parlour, Mt. Lavinia from 11.00 a.m. onwards on Monday the 18th. Thereafter,  funeral rites will commence at 11.30 a.m. and cortege will leave Mahinda Funeral Parlour, Mt. Lavinia at 1.30 p.m. for Cremation at Mt. Lavinia Cemetery.
