Gold Quest victims band up

Gold Quest victims have formed the Gold Quest Victims Association to study the possibility of taking legal action against the Gold Quest Company for cheating them.

The new Association also plans to educate people to prevent them from being duped by Gold Quest agents who are again trying to promote the business. Association President Dumidu Punchihewa calls on all victims to provide details to the association on `[email protected]'.

Punchihewa plans to educate rural masses and organise District Level Victims Committees to fight against this racket.

He said that he learnt Gold Quest agents are trying to revive the business from rural areas. He also blamed the Central Bank for not taking any action to sue agents who are openly canvassing the business.

He said that if the Central Bank is firm on this issue, innocent people can be prevented from getting caught to this trap. - JSN
