Help save our son

My second son, Dulan Hasaranga Kottage is suffering from a severe heart disease. He has been treated by specialists for two years. Presently he is being treated at Apollo Hospital under the supervision of Dr. Shivakumaran.

After many diagnoses it is decided that he needs to undergo an open- heart surgery for a Mitral Valve Replacement within 5 months. The operation will cost Rs. 450,000. I am not in a financially secure position to bear this cost.

My wife and I kindly request the assistance of the public to help save our son. Please remit your generous donations to A/c no.1-0093-88-03781, National Savings Bank, Moratuwa Katubedda Branch.
