by L.S.A. Wedaarachchi

Another super luxury home project will be launched at Pelawatta Battaramulla next week by ETI Homes. Edirisingha Trust Investment Ltd, a member of EAP Consolidated.

The site allocated for seventeen super luxury homes is close to the International school, parliament and government departments in Battaramulla.

Fifteen luxury homes out of nineteen of the "Respiro" luxury home project at Ratmalana which commenced construction work a few weeks ago, have been already sold, according to Ranjan Perera AGM-Property of ETI homes. There are three types of luxury homes namely Clemenza, Cadenza and Calmo in the 'Respiro' luxury home project. The two-storey houses which have been carefully designed by architects aiming at comfort and peaceful living. The nature friendly surroundings constitute an impressive feature of ETI luxury home projects.

Respiro is the fourth luxury home project, introduced by ETI Homes. Having pawning as the main business during the last few decades, Edirisingha Trust Investment Limited switched to constructing luxury homes one-and-a-half years ago.

EAP successfully established strong customer confidence in solid construction through their luxury home projects, namely Regency Royale at Kiribathgoda, Mahogony Park at Piliyandala and Finesse at Aturugiriya.

Most of the private and public sector's top executives very often came to the city from far of places. They do not have residences to suit their standard of living. After an extremely busy day, they seek a peaceful and healthy shelter to relax and rest with their wives and children as well as to attend to their studies and home work. Our main customer segment is them" a spokesman for ETI luxury homes said.

He said that all luxury home projects which were implemented up to date are based on the greenery and healthy suburb cities such as Kiribathgoda, Aturugiriya, Piliyandala and Ratmalana. The other important feature of ETI luxury homes is the professional architectural plans and the solid construction system which are unique in a way, the spokesman said.
