Emirates offers visa facility in Colombo for Dubai Rugby 7s Emirates the Dubai-based international airline will facilitate visa processing for Sri Lankan rugby fans keen to attend the Dubai Rugby 7s to be held in Dubai from November 30 to December 2. This assistance is available to all travellers flying on Emirates through the Dubai Visa Processing Centre (DVPC) located at Emirates' Colombo city office. Many Sri Lankans who can find accommodation with friends and relatives in Dubai during the three-day event could apply for visas through the Dubai Visa Processing Centre, and no longer need to locate sponsors in Dubai.
