Venue for talks by Jayantha Sri Nissanka and Ranga Jayasuriya The Government will propose five countries to choose from as a common
venue for the peace talks and invite LTTE nominations in equal numbers in an
effort to break the stalemate in the peace process deadlocked over a dispute
