Constitutional Affairs and National Integration Minister D.E.W. Gunasekera speaking at his Ministry's First Advisory Council Meeting held at the Mahaweli Centre yesterday said that he received a phone call from a person on Tuesday Jan. 24, inquiring whether a bomb had exploded in Nugegoda even before it went off. When he rang up the police, they said the bomb went off at Castle Street and not in Nugegoda.
