SENARATNA - V.A.J. (formerly of the Ceylon Civil Service). Beloved husband of Daphne (nee Dissanayake), loving father of Ranil, Rohini and Naomali, father-in-law of Kumu, George Seneviratne and Chandima Amarasena, brother of the late Douglas, James, the late Clinton, Neville and Harriet, brother-in-law of Vernon Dissanayake, the late Lucy, Geetha, the late Srimani, Ramya and Raja Molligoda, precious grandfather of Ishan, Amali, Nuwan and Devini, passed away on 22nd February. Gunasekera, loving mother of Srilal (Maliban Company - Colombo), Susima (Department of Animal Production and Health - Gatambe - Peradeniya), Srinath (Valpita Estate), mother-in-law of Pushpa (Royal College - Colombo), R.B. Samarakoon (General Hospital, Kandy), and Dulani, expired on 25th Feb. 2006. Remains lie at Nuwara Mal Shalawa Funeral Parlour - Kandy. According to her last wishes, funeral takes place at Mahaiyawa Cemetery, Kandy on 26th Feb. 2006 at 3.30 p.m. 471, Balagolla, Kangalle, Kandy.
