Environmental Enhancement Awards by the National Namal Uyana Conservation and Development Foundation for print and electronic media will take place at the Prime Minister's Secretariat tomorrow at 2.00 p.m. Sunday Observer will also be awarded with the 'Parisara Probodhani Award' in recognition of its service to conserve the Namal Uyana encompassing the Pink Quartz Mountain Range last 15 years.

The function will take place under the patronage of Prime Minister Rathnasiri Wickramanayake marking the 15th anniversary of the introduction of the mountain range to the nation.
