K.K.D.N Chaminda of Millagahawatta,Palayangoda, Payagala is suffering from a severe heart ailment and Consultant Cardiologist Dr. S. Narenthiran has diagnosed that Chaminda is suffering from Ventricular Septal Defect (VSD) and has advised him to undergo Angioplasty Closure Device surgery immediately

The operation is estimated to cost Rs.385,000. Since Chaminda's family is unable to bear the cost, his mother requests generous persons to contribute whatever they can to save her only son's life, by contributing to the National Savings Bank A/C No. 1-00128063931 of Kalutara branch.
