He dilly-dallied there, and then took to the dance floor and waltzed till 2 in the morning. No time, eh? Maybe not for trivial issues, such as matters that concern the nation? What with the way he pays respects to the late Lt. General Parami Kulatunge, (whose body lay in shreds that night even as he danced until the wee hours), we can surmise that with his tight schedule, he had to dance as if there was no tomorrow....
